Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Late, No Show Policies:

Conditions for returns on products:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging, unopened and unused

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Exfoliation brushes

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift Cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they’re unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase.

Services Performed:

At Vine and Vanity Wax Studio, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.

All of our services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love!

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Cancellations & rescheduling require a 24-hour notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling in less than 24 hours will result in a loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook your new appointment.

Appointment Times:

There is a 7 minute grace period for tardiness. Arrivals 7 minutes past your appointment time may be canceled and your deposit is non-refundable. We need adequate time to perform your services and provide courtesy to other clients and their appointments. Please contact us if you are running late.

No Shows:

No call, no show for your appointment may result in being banned from creating future appointments and the loss of your deposit. Confirmations are sent out prior to all appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
